Former NCAA star Kevin Donoghue carries out his legacy by handing off his talents. "This man is an inspiration to thousands of us in the hockey world and any of our kids would be lucky to get a spot with him on the ice." States former Coach Steve Manson.
Kevin Donoghue, a Glasgow Scotland native, had a hard life growing up. He was not by any means wealthy but had two very loving and hard working parents who were determined to make his dreams come true.
After joing hockey around the age
of 6 a passion was formed and a dream became prevelant.
After moving to Canada and getting a real taste of what Hockey was like, Donoghues skates stayed on his feet and never came undone.
This is a man who posesses the talents that have coached over dozens of young men into the NHL. After seaking with Donoghues 16 year old daughter, these are the words we heard. "My dad is my inspiration, not because of what he has or because of what he owns, but because of who he is. He has always pushed me to do my best and has always excepted me for who I am. I always feel loved when im with my dad and he is a man people would be lucky to have make their dreams come true. "
